*Guest Counts that go over 250 will be classified as an EXTRA GRANDE event and will have an additional fee of $2,000.00.

Additional Venue Area- $750.00 (this is the cost for adding an additional venue area for cocktail hour etc.)

Additional Catering Tent- $450.00 (One catering tent is Included in Venue Rental Fee)

SPM Firework Sendoff- $700.00 (an exciting exclamation to your sparkler sendoff).

Additional Event Time- $750.00 (Per. Hr.) *Special note: Seven Paths Manor does allow for a time extension of 1 hour past the typical event cut off time of 11:00 p.m. This means that you can extend your time at SPM to conclude at Midnight by adding extra time. However, midnight is the latest an event can be extended.

Early arrival (weekend only)-$500.00 (per hr. with a max of 2 hrs.)

Late Checkout (weekend only)-$500.00 (per hr with a max of 2 hrs)

Guided Activities- $450.00 (per/hr) (addl. pricing for large groups email our team for info.)

SPM Design Consultation: $150.00 (should you decide to move forward with the SPM Decorating services, the $150.00 consultation fee will be applied to the cost.)

Decorating Services-Quotes are custom and based off of the comprehensiveness of the design project agreed upon. The SPM Decorating team time is $250.00 (per/hr). Additional costs will be calculated for supplies and non-SPM decor according to the agreed upon design.

SPM Day of Coordination Services-$800.00

SPM Pressed Tablecloth Option -$775.00 (this includes pressed linens for tables that would be provided for up to 200 guests).

Charger Washing- $100.00 (this is only needed if you do not want to wash Something Borrowed chargers. If you do not book for charger cleaning ahead of your event and our team ends up washing chargers, the cost is $175.00.

“Hoofy Nay Nay” Mini Horse Encounter- $250.00 (encounter includes a 1 hour character mini horse meet and greet, and 10 “Grant Takes a Chance” children’s books). Additional books can be purchased at $12.00 per book.

SPM Couple Engagement Session- Included with all venue booking packages.

SPM Bridal Session- Included with all venue booking packages.

Non-SPM Couple Engagement Session- $175.00 an hour.

Non-SPM Bridal Session- $150.00 an hour.

Other Session (senior, family, etc.)- $125.00 an hour (no access inside Manor House)
