As much as we love for our brides and their crew to be bronzed and beautiful the day of their event, any use of self-tanning products in conjunction with the Manor House/Couples Cottage/City Lodge towels and/or bedding/linens. Will result in a $300.00 minimum additional cleaning fee. In order to avoid additional charges, please plan on using sunless tan at least a day prior to your arrival. SPM 1-hr Design Consultation: $250.00

Decorating Services-Quotes are custom and based off of the comprehensiveness of the design project agreed upon. The SPM Decorating team time is $500.00 (per/hr). Additional costs will be calculated for supplies and non-SPM decor according to the agreed upon design.

SPM Day of Coordination Services: $1,500.00 (Please note: by hiring the SPM team to provide this service, you are agreeing for us to use our experience and expertise to make any “day of” final adjustments and/or decisions needed to have your event run as smoothly as possible.)

SPM Pressed Tablecloth Option (for couples booked prior to 09/01/2026): $775.00 (this includes pressed linens for tables that would be provided for up to 200 guests (up to 22 linens max without additional charge).

SPM Pressed Linens for Couples Booked after 09/01/2026- $600.00.

Charger Washing- $150.00 (this is only needed if you do not want to wash Something Borrowed chargers. If you do not book for charger cleaning ahead of your event and our team ends up washing chargers, the cost is $300.00.

Something Borrowed Glass Hurricane and Votive Cleaning: SPECIAL NOTE: There is no cost to use the SPM Something Borrowed votive candle holders or hurricane glass vases as long as the couple uses Battery Operated Candles. If the couple is wanting to use “Real Flame” candles, they can. However, there is an excessive cleaning fee up to $300.00. We will review the quantity being used during your final walkthrough meeting and provide the cost during that meeting. Cake Cutting Service: $100.00 (The SPM team will cut the cake provided by the couple. This does not include plates or utensils for guests)

Additional Guest Pricing

Your venue rental includes 200 guests. Any headcount over 200 is rounded up to the next multiple of 10 and billed at $150 per block of 10 guests.

• Up to 240 guests: $150 per block of 10.

• 241 to 299 guests (Extra Grand Event): $150 per block of 10 + flat $2,000 fee (applies at a final billed count of 250+).

• 300+ guests: $150 per block of 10 + flat $2,000 fee + flat $1,500 fee (both apply at a final billed count of 300+).

Examples:

Example 1: 241 Total Guests

• 41 extra guests → Rounds up to 50 extra guests (5 blocks of 10)

• Billed count reaches 250 total guests → A flat $2,000 fee applies

• 5 blocks × $150 = $750

• Plus Extra Grand Fee: $2,000

• Total Guest Fee: $2,750 (In addition to base venue rental)

Example 2: 295 Total Guests

• 95 extra guests → Rounds up to 100 extra guests (10 blocks of 10)

• 10 blocks × $150 = $1,500

• Plus Extra Grand Fee: $2,000

• Total Guest Fee: $3,500 (In addition to base venue rental)

Example 3: 305 Total Guests

• 105 extra guests → Rounds up to 110 extra guests (11 blocks of 10)

• 11 blocks × $150 = $1,650

• Plus Extra Grand Fee: $2,000

• Plus 300+ Guest Fee: $1,500

• Total Guest Fee: $5,150 (In addition to base venue rental)

Early venue arrival (legacy non-weekend couples)-$500.00 per hour (max early arrival 3 hours…which would be $1,500)

Early weekend check-in-$500.00 (10:00am arrival)

Horse & Carriage-$650.00 (max 2 hours)

Seven Paths City Progressive Rehearsal Dinner Experience: $750.00 Enjoy bringing your two families together in a super fun way! Package includes the Music Studio for our team to record music videos of your guests that we can share with everyone during your dinner experience! Get ready for lots of laughs and memories! This also includes use of the Sweet Shop, Pub, and Market for food/drink displays. (Access to City Hall is an additional charge unless you have a weekend package).

Seven Paths City Gaming Rehearsal Dinner Experience: $1,800.00 (up to 40 guests can participate). Elevate your rehearsal dinner by incorporating our custom interactive gaming challenges that will walk your guests through your love story. Your guests will have access to City Hall for your rehearsal dinner dining or desserts, and our team will put together the gaming element which will include all 7 city shops! Get ready to super charge the momentum of your overall wedding experience! The custom gaming experience takes about a hour to complete. This experience is only available for Thurs/Friday or Weekend Wedding Packages.

Access to City Hall for Rehearsal Dinner Set-up: (max capacity for this space is 60 guests). Dimensions of City Hall are: 24’ 3” x 31’ 4”. (Tables, Chairs, Linens, Something Borrowed Order, and Trash removal service included).

City Hall is Included (access to space ends at 9:00pm).

Groomsmen Casino Play Package: $500.00 includes up to 2 hours of casino access with a blackjack dealer for an hour (up to 10 guests included).
