Multiple photo ready manicured areas - over 60 acres of custom photo opportunities including water features, swings, and benches throughout.

Access to venue for photo experiences - booked couples are granted scheduled venue access for engagement and bridal photo sessions.

Tables and Chairs - we have 2 chair options and both round and rectangular table options available.

Multiple Ceremony locations - there are 8 ceremony areas to choose from.

On Site-Shuttle Service - Shuttling is available during your entire event for guests that need additional assistance. We also provide a bridal photography shuttle.

Multiple Dressing Suites - the manor house provides several areas for everyone in your direct wedding party to have a positive “get ready” experience.

Caterer warm up area/prep station - Thanks to the Manor House’s chef style kitchen, your caterers will have access to 2 ovens, a stove, and ample space for prep work. One caterer prep tent is also included should you desire for your caterer prep station to be located even closer to the reception area. The catering tent does include a sink for prep work.

Dedicated Refrigerators -There are 2 full size refrigerators, and a full-size chest freezer available for use during your event.

Access to Manor House - the main areas of the manor house provide ample space for your direct wedding party to relax, and areas for your vendors to conduct various prep work.

Guest Count- Up to 200 guests.

Multiple Outdoor Sound Systems - music is such an important aspect of your wedding experience, therefore we have pre-installed sound systems located throughout the venue. No heavy lifting of equipment, and an amazing sound experience for you and your guests regardless of which venue areas you use! Just plug directly into the systems with one of our adaptors. There’s also Bluetooth connectivity available.

Heaters and Fire Pit options for colder weather - North Carolina weather is unpredictable to say the least, so we have items on standby to make sure guests stay as comfortable as possible.

Close access to bathrooms for guests - Quality clean restrooms within walking distance for your guests, and over 4 bathroom areas for the direct wedding party in the manor house.

Security - we want you and your guests to have the peace of mind that should something go wrong there will be trained security there to handle the situation privately and professionally.

Inclement weather planning - covered areas are available for both your ceremony and reception…should your day include the lucky addition of rain.

Access to all venue décor - we have hundreds of items available to save you both time and money.

Ample On-site Parking - multiple lit parking areas are located on site and are also out of the main venue areas so cars remain out of your wedding photos.

Animal Encounters - we have quarter horses, miniature horses, dwarf goats, and a miniature donkey all available for adorable selfies and fun photo opportunities for you and your guests.

20x20 Dance Floor - Kick off your shoes and break it down on the “free to use” dance floor!

Clean-up and Trash Service - SPM Team will provide garbage bags and trash disposal for your event! Along with non-food related clean-up.
